Since we’ve been in business, we’ve curated a wide network of local organic farmers and harvesters across the various regions of Tanzania to bring you the finest quality products available in Tanzania.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S PLACED?

Since we ship directly from Tanzania, there is a verification process that we must go through to get our products from us to you. Each product is inspected and issued a certificate of sanitation and authenticity. Sometimes this takes up to a week. Once it’s acquired, then we ship out. It typically takes 3 weeks or less to receive your order once it’s placed.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY SUPERFOODS AND SEA MOSS TO MAINTAIN THEIR FRESHNESS AND POTENTCY?

No matter weather you’re purchasing sea moss or another super food product, we always recommend that you store your items in a cool, dry place. But NOT the refrigerator. (Unless it’s sea moss gel) The refrigerator can accumulate unwanted moisture in your goods, which can bring mold and actually decrease the shelf life of your products.
